The South-West Open Youth Orchestra is the only disabled led youth orchestra and it is currently looking for more young musicians to join it’s amazing group!
The orchestra uses specifically designed equipment which enables disabled people to play an instrument. Some of the instruments are played by just a flicker of the eyes, others react to facial movements such as a simple raising of the eyebrow.
The group are looking for people aged between 11-15 and no prior experience is needed! Might be worth checking out….
