Adele hit the headlines this week for all the right reasons. Her new album “25” sold a record 3.8 million copies in the first three days of its release in the US! The songstress well and truly sent former record holders NSYNC packing, who managed to sell a comparatively meagre 2.4 million copies with their “No Strings Attached” album back in 2000. And she was also smashing records back home in the UK!

Indeed the London born star sold more albums in her first week than the next 86 albums in the chart combined. Of course Adele has been shunning the limelight since winning an Oscar for the Bond theme tune in 2013. Yet she has made her comeback and some comeback it is shaping up to be.
